Recap:
Get out the Olympic size fireworks the Canadians won!! Yeah! Moria had what I
suppose could be considered a quality start, throwing 4 IP and allowing 6 hits 3
runs - 2 earned, while K'ing 5 and walking none. He was relieved by Hornbeck,
Tejeda, Garcia and Guzman. Garcia got the W throwing 1 innings of scoreless ball
and Guzman collected his 10th save of the season tossing a scoreless 9th as
Vancouver beat Spokane 4-3.
.
The shuffling of the lineup continued as Thomas was benched until he came in to PH.
Barfield whent 1/5 with a double. Christian went 1/4. West hit his second homer in
as many games..
Vancouver only committed 3 errors.

Recap:
Haviland started the game and got the loss, going 3.2 IP and giving up 2 hits and 1
run whilst K'ing 3, but walking 4. He was relieved by Tacker, Tejeda, Smalley and
Gomez. Smalley was the only one to have a scoreless outing and I'm sure Tacker would
rather forget his 1.1 IP of 3 run, 2 K, 1BB effort.
.
Wow I guess it isn't a glitch as West hit a homer his first of the season. Barfield
was moved up in the lineup I'm sure in the hopes of generating some offense. He went
1/4 with a K. Christian 1/3.
.
Vancouver only committed ZERO errors. Sweet. Small steps, small steps.

Recap:

Barham started the game and got the loss. Allowing 5 runs, 4 earned in 3IP with
2 K's and 2 BB's and one homerun allowed. He was relieved by Garcia and Hornbeck.
No Vancouver pitcher left the game unscathed as the Canadians dropped another one
8-3 to Spokane.
.
Another homerless game, I beginning to wonder if maybe the box for the Canadians
doesn't have some type of glitch, because there's always zeros in that column.
Anyway, Barfield had one hit in 4 AB's and Christian had a double and run in 3 AB's.
.
Vancouver only committed 2 errors, so at least that's an improvement.

Recap:
Hart continues to pitch well in limited doses. Throwing 4
scorelss innings, he allowed 2 hits, no runs while striking
out 3 and walking one. He was relieved by Gomez, Fitts,
Thomas and Guzman. Thomas had the blown save and got the loss
allowing 2 earned runs on 3 hits in 1 IP. Guzman had an
outing I'm sure he'd rather forget, givning up 5 runs, 3
earned on 4 hits in 1 IP as they lost 9-3 to Everett.
.
Another game, another homerless drought. Barfield went 2/4
with a double. Christian went 4/1 continues to be the only
other player beside Luis with a BA over .300.
.
Vancouver committed 4 errors.

Recap:
The Canadians scored a few more runs (4) but still in a losing effort.
Either by design or result the starting pitcher had a short outing.
Figueroa went 4.1, surrendering 4 runs, 3 earned, while striking out
5 and walking 2. He was relieved by Gomez, Tejeda. Smalley and Tacker.
Only Tejeda and Tacker had scoreless sets.
.
Barfield went 2/4 with a double, a run and rbi.

Vancouver committed 4 errors. Ouch.

Recap:
Barham started the game throwing 3 innings, giving up one earned run.
According to the boxscore he got the loss, as the Canandians once again
struggled to score and dropped another game, losing 3-1 in 7 innings to
Salem-Keizer. However I believe the box is incorrect as Fitts threw 2
innings and allowed 5 hits and 2 earned runs. Thomas threw 2 shut out
innings to finish up the game.
.
Barfield drove in the only run on a double in the 4th.
.
Tirado committed his 15th error.

I wish I knew a little more about how all the minors work and the general
plan of workloads... anyway Hart started the game and continued his dominance.
Throwing only 3 innings, he gave up 1 hit, struck out 5 and walked one. All
in a losing effort though as the Canadians were shut out, losing 2-0 to Salem-
Keizer..
.
Looking eerily like an Oakland boxscore the Canadians struck out 17 times while
only gathering 5 hits. Thomas and Barfield both had two hits each.

No games scheduled. Some notes, Moria has 39 k's, second best in the league.
Following in the A's footsteps, the Canadians have scored the least amount
of runs in the league at 152. That's just a tad behind the leader, who has
239. Remember they've only played 44 games.

So, the Canadians are a bit like the parent club, but without the pitching.
Meaning, they don't score much. But luckily they play in the equivalent of
the NL East, so though they are 6 games under .500, they're only 2.5 games
out of first.
.
Figueroa started the game and got the loss, allowing 1 earned (2 total) in
5 innings. He struck out 7 and walked 4. Lissman hit a homerun and drove in
the only 2 runs.
.
The Canadians had 6 hits and 2 runs, Tri City had 3 hits and 4 runs. Sucks to
be a Canadian I guess.
